I can’t thank Bail hotline enough for helping me get my husband out. I was scared and confused and didn’t know what I was doing. They helped me every inch of the way and was very patient with me because I had lots of questions and concerns. Siria was a rock for me thruout it all. She communicated with me consistently and was able to bail him out within a few hours. I recommend Bail hotline. They are simple and very helpful.
They didn't send the right paper work and the cops left my friend in holding for almost 5 hours, not impressed, I feel they asked for everything except blood. Was kind of a bad experience

Will have you on hold for over 30 mins just because!!! Literally called from My other phone and they picked up and totally forgot I was on hold on the other line !
Bail was posted on Friday at 3:00 p.m. he wasn’t out till Saturday afternoon. The bond had the wrong name on it I was told a big misunderstanding!!! But I think it was the jails fault not you guys!!!
Nicolas really didn’t inform us of his everything worked . Andres was very helpful . We know we didn’t have to pay the bail as she would’ve been released on her OR but we did it for my own piece of mind . Even tho she was not released at the time that andres said she would , everything still worked out .
I signed the paperwork and paid for the bond before 7pm on Sunday. I was told that was in time to have my friend released that night and that absolute worst case scenario he would be released by 5am the next morning. Despite me following up to 10:30pm that night, no disposition was issued before I went to sleep, but I was assured it would be there by midnight for their next run to the jail.
