I used this bail bonds for the first time and they were not honest or transparent about the down payment. Told me they discounted the total to get My downpayment down to $2,000 then had me sign the paperwork and they added in additional money of $500 due in a week and then another $500 due in another week. I thought what I was signing was what was advised to me on the phone my bad not reading the documents but when your stressed out and calling these places you trust them since they are licensed bondsmen. I can’t thank Bail hotline enough for helping me get my husband out. I was scared and confused and didn’t know what I was doing. They helped me every inch of the way and was very patient with me because I had lots of questions and concerns. Siria was a rock for me thruout it all. She communicated with me consistently and was able to bail him out within a few hours. I recommend Bail hotline. They are simple and very helpful.
They didn't send the right paper work and the cops left my friend in holding for almost 5 hours, not impressed, I feel they asked for everything except blood. Was kind of a bad experience
