I will say I have used in previous years and had no issues however this last time was the worst experience I have ever had to deal with.aside from it taking 2 and a half days for them to even get the bond to the jail,???it took several different agent that helped me none of which can do math I'm honestly not sure who does the hiring for these places.....the first agent was very polite helpful but apparently undercharged me so I got a call in middle of night saying they needed another 2000 which made no sense I added the bond... read more
The employees are rude and disrespectful.They don’t communicate with each other and everyone has different information.
Scam! They won't admit they fucked up on my friends court date they sent him to a wrong court house wrong city and once he was almost done paying they revoked his bond trash Beware they will scam you
The questioner seemed very pushy as if to assert his or her presence over my lack of experience with this type of procedure.My failure to be fully prepared did not make our first consultation go smoothly. My questions were not answered. Until I resigned myself to answering only the questioner was very curt. I'm not even sure I am in need of a bondsman given the extradition time allowments.I honestly didn't feel comfortable providing so much personal data.In the end he or she didn't even ask for personal references.
