Windcrest is a great place for your senior loved one. The staff is so friendly, everyone is warm and welcoming. They are eager to help in anyway they can. Windcrest takes very good care of their residents and always have fun activities, celebrate birthdays. Love this place.
This is a beautiful community. All the staff are great and compassionate and take great care of the residents. They have lots of things for residents to do. If you are looking for a great assisted living for your loved one that feels like home Windcrest is the place .
Windcrest is wonderful. The facility, the people, the administrative staff. Everyone is compassionate, loving, kind, tolerant of older folks attitudes. They are fun, they embrace family involvement.
We toured with Windcrest on Van Dorn and it was a very nice facility, but it was also very expensive as well. At this point in time, we did not think mom needed this level of care quite yet which is why we went with a more independent facility.
Windcrest is a nice, smaller place that provides wonderful care. The residents are kept busy with activities and entertainment. The food is very good and provides a restaurant like setting with a choice of wonderful meals. Physical Therapy is available on site. The resident's apartments are very spacious with housekeeping provided. I would recommend Windcrest to families that are looking for assisted living.
Windcrest is a caring and very comfortable environment. There are lots of activities and programs to bring the residents together for socialization, fun, exercise and enrichment in knowledge.
We recently toured several assisted living facilities. We found the staff here absolutely wonderful! They were professional, compassionate, helpful, enthusiastic and fun! Very different from other places we visited.

Moving to an assisted living facility, is a life changer for some seniors, but the staff made the transition painless. They are as responsive to the family as they are to the resident. The facility is very clean and comfortable. The staff treat the residents as their own grandparents. They are kind and caring. They make the residents feel very comfortable and safe.
