My grandmother lives here and LOVES it! She constantly raves of the food and service, and it seems like they always have fun events planned for them. It's a pleasure visiting her, and the staff is friendly and professional.
As you walk through the front doors of Windcrest there is always people sitting and visiting. The interaction between staff and residents is that of genuine caring and respect. The apartments are bright and spacious. The residents rave about the delicious food. It is an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. I would recommend Windcrest to anyone needing assisted living.

Love how light and bright Windcrest Community is. Love the fact that all the apartments have bay windows. Met some residents in the lobby and they commented on what a great place it is and they enjoy living there.
Our family had an in person tour and we really liked Windcrest but we got the impression that they would not be able to keep our loved one there long term due to her physical needs
Our loved one was previously in independent living which was cheaper, now they have been moved to assisted living which is much more expensive. However the value is right on par and worth it, the community is a very nice place and well decorated. When we are able to visit it is kept clean. They seem to do a good job of trying to keep the residents safe during the pandemic. I'm happy that they have at least opened things up more to the residents and aren't always keeping people in their rooms, even if family visitation is still limited. I haven't had any issues with the staff. They all seem to be good. It's a nice facility with nice rooms, and they seem to keep things up well. Maintenance seems to be good as well.
