I have been so impressed with the office; they provided excellent care not only for my child who is comfortable and maintains good dental hygiene but also for my child who has special needs and is a very difficult patient! The office is run professionally while still being very child-centered. Every staff member has been great. Thank you so much to everyone we have worked with over the last six months.
Took my 3 kids there today ages 2,3, and 8 and the staff was absolutely amazing! Took all 3 one after another. The older ones at thebsame time for their cleanings and the office wasclean and colorful. Themes in each room and tvs qbove the chairs so glad i found them
Today was our first visit and our child’s first dental appointment and it couldn’t have gone better. Your receptionist was personable and helpful, our hygienist was kind, patient and gentle with our daughter and explained each step she was doing thoroughly and at a level she could understand. Everyone we passed in the hall stopped to greet us and chat with my kids. We had a fabulous first experience at your practice and Dr. Scott was relatable and fast- which is good for kids.
Absolutely amazing staff! They are all very personable andmade us feel comfortable right away! I’m glad we found such a great place.
The customer service your office gives is superb. Starting with the first phone call you eased my concerns and made me feel comfortable. Thank you so much for fitting us in right away! I am so glad that we came in today. I trust that Dr Scott is recommending what is best for our children. We will be switching dentists and coming here from now on!
The staff was amazing it is worth the 35 minute trip for us. The made sure my daughter was not frighten and never got irritated with her when she got scared. They made it fun for her and she can?t wait to go back.
We have had nothing but EXCELLENT experiences with Dr. Scott and his staff. The staff always takes time to explain things to the kids in a way that they would understand. Dr. Scott cares about his staff and patients and you can tell. They are always so caring and pleasant with our children. I would highly recommend Ballantyne Pediatrics to anyone.
