Very good staff who are patient, kind and friendly to both the children and their parents. They also went above and beyond to fit us in when we showed up on the wrong day. Clean and well organized. The Dentist is great too and explains everything to the parents. Would definitely recommend.
We had a great time at our visit this morning. The staff was cheerful, knowledgeable, fun, and appeared to love what they're doing. It was a great experience for a first time visit. If you're looking for a dentist in the Ballantyne or South Charlotte area--this is the one! The staff was extremely friendly and just perfect with my daughter. Highly recommended.
Everyone is always so nice and easy to talk to. We're really happy we found a place where my kids are comfortable when it comes to teeth cleaning.
Very nice ladies that work there. The dentist was very nice and not over bearing about making sure my child was always brushing, and not eating bad things. Very easy going. Made me not feel like a terrible mother if I missed a day of teeth brushing. They have a nice little corner in the waiting room with toys. I was worried my 20 month old would not want to leave the toys to go back to the examination table. They give out a bunch of prizes, including a balloon when your checking out. All in all a great experience.
