I had a great experience. It was my first time in. I've been wearing glasses/ contacts for at least a decade now and have been to many different eye doctors/offices. This was probably my most seemless experience it was quick, thorough and the office was quiet with a stress-free ambiance and very clean! Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Excellent experience! They were all so nice and made you feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Ballard is very friendly, thorough and answers any questions you may have. Nice, clean and organized facility. My wife has been trying to get me to go to them for years now, finally went and wish I had gone sooner. Thank you all!!!
