Julie is wonderful. Always does a great job and easy to ask questions if you have concerns. Dr Watanabe is #1 dentist. The best.
I have Medicare and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance which covers Very little of my dental care costs. Are there other more helpful ( affordable) insurance policies for dental care?
Julie is amazingly gentle and very proficient. Dr W is also excellent.
I enjoy my visits, everyone is very friendly and helpful.
The office staff needs a better understanding of researching insurance when changes are made. They were unable to find my coverage through my new employer. As I sent a follow-up e-mail detailing the carrier and group number, it was discovered the information was not recorded on my file and the e-mail was deleted. I finally called and talked with Dawn, who has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You need more staff like her.
