I had to stop text message reminders because I was getting too many reminders. Weeks before, then every few days before my appt is too much, and I was also getting emails so it was all a little annoying this time.
Always professional, yet comfortable and friendly. We have complete confidence in the care of Dr. Watanabe and Shari, as well as the rest of the excellent staff.
