Dr Watanabe and his team successfully completed a difficult dental procedure, only to collide head-on with my dental insurance company. The insurance company cost me the use of my flexible spending account (FSA) due to unsubstantiated claims. The employees at Ballas have been working non-stop to fulfill the insurance requirements (and get my FSA card restored!) I received the very best care and best tooth cleaning that I have ever had in my 55 years! The best part was that my hygienist was honest and bold enough to suggest capping 3 front teeth and having gum work to help receding gum line. Because of her cleaning so thoroughly ALL my teeth, plaque was removed and I no longer need gum work. The best dental service and procedure I have had in my life thus far. 1200 miles away from my home town dentist - walked in at 7AM and was taken care of with personal attention to my situation, highly skilled in the field using the latest technologies. Customer focused and technically sound. Outstanding!
Ballas Dental Care is a great office to work with. Sherri just cleaned my teeth and she was amazing. So friendly. Everyone else there was so helpful. I didn't have my insurance card and they did so much work to help me get everything straightened out to submit through insurance.
I have a dental phobia due to Sjogren's and immune disorder; teeth are super sensitive Ballas Dental knows how to get me through a cleaning and any necessary fillings/crowns. From the time you come in the door to the time you leave everyone is very courteous and they care about the service they give.
Dr. Watanabe has been my dentist for almost 40 years. That speaks volumes about my regard for his practice and for the team he's assembled.
I believe Ballas Dental Care is the best place there is to come and have your dental work done. The staff is wonderful and very professional and Dr. Watanabe is the best....Dr. Olivier and De Haines are great too. Thank you all for the great care you provide tome and all your patients.
This place is great! I never wait more than 5 minutes, everyone is very friendly, and Dr. Haines has a very gentle bedside manner. Cheri is my hygienist there and I love her too. I never dread going to see the dentist. Would recommend them to everyone.
