My primary doctor recommended Ballas dental care. The staff is amazingly nice and its the only dentist office i felt calm going into. Im glad im getting my dental work done here.

Dr. Watanabe is very personable and professional. He always thoroughly explains what he is doing and he always makes it completely painless.
Atmosphere was great. Everyone was friendly. I got in and out very quickly. My only complaint is that they did not inform they were out of network when I gave them the name of my insurance company. That could have been a deal breaker.
I absolutely did not expect to be walked in because I was not scheduled. I was so elated, such compassionate and understanding staff . Very nice , Thanks a million
I've been going to Ballas Dental for YEARS and they are always great. Mary is my hygienist and its like catching up with an old friend every time I come in. They take great care of me there and everyone is very friendly. While cleaning my teeth, Mary consistently checks in with me to make sure I'm still comfortable and doing okay. I appreciate that her and Dr Haines always do a full check up as well during my cleanings-- meaning not just doing a check up on my teeth-- including my tongue, glands, etc to make sure everything ... read more
