Shari is always the best...as are the rest of the team. Actually look forward to going to the dentist!!
Julie the technician, went ahead with a frontal tooth xray. I told her that I had never had one, and if insurance didn't pay for it, I didn't want one. If they pay for it, fine. If they don't, I feel I should not have to pay for it.
Mary does a great job. I was in for a six month cleaning. She provided detailed explantions of a couple of things I could do better.

Every thing is EXTRA position and service and staff are TOP GRADE
Each person I met was lovely.
My hygienist, Mary, is wonderful.
The hygenist is typically rougher than I have ever experienced during cleaning. I am considering asking for a different one for this reason only but don't want to hurt her feelings.
Lisa and Dr. Heines did a superb job with my situation.
