I had a great experience! I was treated very well by everyone I met. Amanda was able to squeeze me in the busy schedule to do an emergency extraction. Dr. Haines and his assistant were great. I would recommend Ballas Dental to anyone who needs a dentist.
I feel comfortable with the staff. I also feel comfortable with Shari my hygienist. I also feel comfortable with Dr. Haines.
The staff at Ballas Dental are so warm and inviting...it never feels like a sterile, cold dental office.
I recently needed a tooth crowned after breaking it with a corn kernel; Dr. Haines fit me into his schedule and had my tooth fitted with a temporary crown within an hour.
Professional in every way as well as kind and considerate during my visits.
The lady who treated my son (unfortunately, I can't recall her name right now) was just fabulous with him as was Dr. Haines. My son had a very positive first dentist visit which is great. Really appreciate all the special care given to kids like him.
