Mary and Dr. Haines are great!
My first visit, we're new to St. Louis. The hygienist was very thorough -- asking many relevant questions to understand my dental history and hygiene, and very pleasant. The cleaning was thorough with good suggestions for ways to keep my teeth healthy. I'm very confident in the team at Ballas Dental Care. Have scheduled my next visit.
Excellent dental practice!
As usual I was welcomed by a warm, friendly and competent front office staff and was treated by an equally knowledgeable and friendly staff member. I travel three hours to get my dental needs met and I would travel even further if I needed to to be able to have Dr. Watanabe as my dentist. He is the best of everything including all phases of dentistry as well as being a kind and caring individual.
All staff, including the front desk, hygienist, and dentist, were outstanding as always! Their customer service, friendliness, and knowledge was top-notch. Thank you for a great visit experience!
My hygienist, Sheri, is always great and upbeat. She makes going to the dentist much more pleasant.
