When I think back over the many, many, many ... years I have been a patient of Doc's (since the beginning considering I was a patient of Dr. Gagliardi when Doc started with Ballas Dental), all I can say is I feel like a part of the family whenever I need care, whether scheduled or not. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure I get the best care, and even through the years when money was scarce, worked with me to make sure that was not a factor in the care I received.
