Julie Godat was a great teacher about oral health tips and provided great dental service. I would suggest others to go to her!
The dr who came in after my cleaning to do a final check seemed to lack a good bedside manner when discussing my crowns with me. She was knowledgeable, but not patient friendly. As a nurse practitioner, I have many years of experience on the health professioal side of patient care and know that it means a lot to be a good communicator with empathy when a pt has concerns or questions. It goes a long way. Otherwise, Mary was outstanding as always.
The professional services are outstanding. Dr. Haines demonstrates the highest possible skills and utmost diligence. We are grateful.
Requested that my cleaning was to include a saline solution that Julie usually applies. I was in a rush and perhaps this was overlooked. If I'm in error I apologize. Bill Body
