Your customer service at this appointment was exceptional, as it usually is. In particular, my dental hygienist (Shari) and dentist (Dr. Olivier) took time to carefully consider my case - and were so friendly. It really makes it nice for me to look forward to my next visit. Finally, the staff as I checked out (Tricia) listened to my questions regarding billing and seemed to really care about getting to the bottom of my issue. I really appreciate your staff making it seem like my appointment and business matters!
