Quality apartment I’ve really enjoyed living here! The amenities are maintained and staff are friendly and responsive. Another big plus for me here is the safety. Gate system is effective but not inconvenient.

Good place This place is very convenient. You can also enjoy fireworks during the baseball season. Management is also appropriate and I am satisfied.

Great place to live Very quiet and accessible to many stores/shops. Only takes about 10 min to get to UAH or about 5 min to get to one of the Redstone Arsenal gates. It is in a great area where I have no reservations about letting my younger teenagers go out for walks by themselves.

Loving My Apartment I love how modern my apartment is. It’s a 2 bed, 2 bath. I love the dark floors, stainless steel appliances, and glass shower. It’s a peaceful building. I’m close to Bridge Street, Toyota Stadium, and Redstone Arsenal. The team is great. I was able to view several different floorplans before making my choice. The saltwater pool is awesome. I also love the fitness center! Really loving my time here.

Great place to live! We just moved here and this place is amazing, the staff is so awesome.The property is beautiful and close to everything,I’m looking forward to spending my free time next to the great swimming pool.I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Nice management and location I chose this apartment complex mainly for the amenities and safety. The mail, gym, pool, grounds, and management are all great and super attentive to issues! Move in was so easy because of the available carts and elevators. I also like that I have to approve each guest who enters my gate code to get into the complex. I always feel safe here.

Great New Apartment Facility Attentive and friendly staff. Staff discussed all fees up front, walks the property daily and always available. Maintenance team is timely, friendly and helpful. These are new apartments with new stainless appliances, modern fixtures, original paint, saltwater pool, new gym equipment, gated and dog friendly. Great access to Toyota Field, Redstone Arsenal, grocery stores, airport, and 15 minutes to all Huntsville area activities.
Outstanding Apartment Community Donna is the leasing manager here. I cannot say enough great things about this kind, patient and hardworking woman. I applied for a unit and I had my approval and welcome letter within days. I am moving from out of state so that fact that Donna got right on it and let me know within days was extraordinarily nice and helpful.
