Absolutely worst experience from GM of location. Please make sure to check your bank changes each time you’re here. We’ve had an additional charge over 3 x’s and even with bank statements to prove charges, no resolve besides deal with it with your bank was the level of customer service coming from General Manager Vince Falcon! So much for bowling here once a week with typically 7-10 friends moving forward.
