The experience we had with Stephanie was fantastic. I’ve purchased or refinanced 9 properties over the last 5 years and have worked with a few lenders. The process and status of your loan is often ambiguous between submittals and final approvals, which can lead to stress in an already stressful time. From beginning to end the transparency and communication was flawless. Even my realtor commented on how much easier Stephanie made his job with the negotiation and closing. Highly recommend.

Stuart Saunders is very nice to deal with and made the whole process of getting a loan very simple. He is kind, very positive and has a great personality. Stuart is extremely knowledgeable and was very patient in explaining the loan process and interest rate lock during the building phase of my home. He was so helpful in explaining the details of the closing sheet and kept me stress free. I ended up getting an awesome rate and am extremely happy. I would work with him again in the future.
My wife Teddi and I relocated to Savannah from Maryland. We made on offer on our dream home in the middle of May and were able to work with Michael and his team to get the financing in place to close by June 10th. Michael and his team were super knowledgeable of lending in the Savannah market and they worked collaboratively with their network of local realtors, government agencies, attorneys and insurance carriers to facilitate an on time close.
