Kudos to Michael Caputo and the Bank South Team here in Savannah. This is my second loan through Bank South Mortgage, and they manage the entire loan process accurately and timely. Stuart worked with me for nearly a year while we put offers on multiple houses, gladly working up new, and very detailed, loan estimates and pre-qualification letters. He never batted an eye. When we reached agreement on our new house, the process to go through underwriting through to close was incredibly smooth - no surprises and good technology. Highly recommended!

My husband and I are first time homebuyers and we just closed on our dream home. Keith and his team were absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. Keith took time to have calls with us to go over details, answered all of our (many) questions and kept us updated as we moved through the transaction. The home buying process can be stressful but we felt confident that we were in good hands and that they were doing everything to help us get to the closing table.
