Shannon and her team did a great job helping me and my wife with our mortgage refinancing. I worked with Shannon back on our original mortgage and had such a great experience, that when we decided to look into refinancing I contacted her. She sat down with us and asked a lot of questions to determine the best kind of loan refinancing for us and presented us with a few options. Once we decided to go forward, her and her team were there with us every step of the way.
Jerry and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and everyone on his team was very friendly . They were available every step of the way during our buying process. They went above and beyond to keep us informed about where we were in the process and what we needed to do at each step.
