Michael and his team were very patient and helpful in answering my (many) questions and making my loan process go as smoothly as it possibly could have gone! I got Kelley's number from a agent just to ask some questions. I told her i wasnt looking to buy just wanted information to see what i needed to get a loan in the future. A few minutes later she ran a credit report and got some info from me. Preapproved on the spot i was shocked that was almost a month ago moving in this weekend.
