Christie is great to work with! As a first-time homebuyer I had many questions and concerns and Christie answered any question I brought to her and made sure that I understood and was comfortable with each step of the process. She was always very responsive and easy to get in contact with. Chris Vogler was always accessible and very helpful in negotiating the process of obtaining our mortgage. Although we both have excellent credit ratings and were sure we could obtain a mortgage, Chris answered all our questions and made the experience less stressful.

Paige was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was able to answer all questions and concerns and was even able to help us close on our house a week earlier so we could be in our new home before Christmas! I highly recommend Paige to anyone looking for a lender!!

I highly recommend Christie! I was completely inexperienced in the home buying process, but Christie tirelessly answered all my questions and did so promptly. In addition, the actual closing costs came out to be quite a bit less than the original estimates, was an extremely pleasant surprise at close. I think Christie will be a great mortgage banker for anyone buying a home in the Athens area. Highly recommend!

Michael Caputo and his team are rock stars! This is my second mortgage with him and he and his team really go the extra mile. They make sure that you are comfortable with every decision and factor that goes into the mortgage. Very professional yet treat you like family. Michael and his team at Bank South were amazing to work with. We were first time home buyers and pretty green to the whole home loan process.
