Absolutely outstanding service from Sue Ann and her team. Would highly recommend. Sue Ann responded right away to every question and when an unexpected problem came up, she quickly and confidently resolved it. Kathleen, who assisted, is extraordinarily hardworking and capable, besides just being a lovely person. It's a really great team.
Our experience was very good, however the processor was a negative because she was lacking in her communication skills in assisting us. There was no clarification on her part to us about things she wanted done or was asking for nor did she reply back to emails. Other than that I would recommend Team Guthman because Sue Ann and her assistant, Allison Johnson were very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us to obtain our vacation home. Thank you Sue Ann and Allison!
