We were in a tough situation, needing to switch lenders two weeks before close to do an appraisal issue and one of the "Big Bank's" unresponsiveness. After switching to Shachi and her team with Bank South the communication was fantastic. Shachi kept us in the loop on everything going on with our appraisal, pushed where she could to expedite everything, and ultimatey facilitated everything start to finish in under two weeks to get us an on time close. Jason was very helpful in putting together a mortgage for my first home purchase. He was very responsive and promptly answered any questions I had about the process.
