Michael is both extremely professional and personable. Very knowledgeable of the loan process and is willing to walk you through any question you have at a beginners pace, was very helpful for someone like me who had a ton of questions but not very knowledgeable in terms of loans and financing a house. Michael's team was very diligent and great with follow up. Nothing will fall through the cracks with these guys. Overall, very friendly, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lender.

He explained everything, thoroughly and simply. James was always courteous and polite. He even went above and beyond his duties. I had an accident on the way to closing. He drove over 40 miles to come get me.
James was great. Any questions I had he answered. There was a minor issue a couple of days before closing and he worked over the weekend to complete. Extremely professional, I could not have asked for a better lender.
We worked with Carla Estep and she is FANTASTIC! She answered all of our questions always answers her phone (with a smile I might add) you can just tell when people care about helping others and she REALLY does care! I would recommend Carla to ANYONE looking to buy or refinance.
