While I was sick, I really, really enjoyed my experience at Urgent Team. The receptionist, the LPN (with her absolutely adorable voice), and the Nurse Practitioner were all very caring, sweet and knowledgeable. Their caring and attentive bedside manner is what\'s missing between most medical staff and their patients. Thank you for such great service.

Well, I'll update this review later but so far I'm not impressed. When I arrived I was the only one here and one of the doctors came out and said the receptionist would be back in about 15 mins. It has now been about 45 mins. There are now 2 others here. The doctor came out and said they were going to try and get a hold of her. So unless she's had some type of emergency and not just taking a very long break, I'm not very happy with this place right now. Will update later. The hours and convenience are great with kind and caring people. This is a walk in clinic so the complaints of wait times are unrealistic, especially during flu season. This clinic fills an important need in our community.

Keisha at the front desk is seriously so great. Being far from home and trying to adult without your parents is scary and she made it super easy for me. Highly recommend this place.

For an urgent care place, they don't have as flexible hours as I'd sometime wish, but they are definitely your best bet on the weekend. I've been here twice and each doctor was super nice.

Received a letter in the mail A YEAR after my visit claiming I had a balance on my account for multiple hundreds of dollars. Insurance never heard about the claim and I received NOTHING indicating so, nor any indication I owed money until a year later which falls out of their time limitations. I have been fighting with their financial company with my insurance. DO NOT VISIT.

Staff was rude and was never told they were out of network, so I was charged the full amount. Also, I was charged with a specialist co-pay when it should have been an urgent care co-pay since it is an "urgent care".

My daughter had her first visit 2 days ago. They only tested her for Covid and got the negative test back yesterday. She learned she was exposed to the flu and they told her to come back at 7:45 am today. They opened 10 mins after 8:00 (2 nurses are there and no receptionist) My daughter is first in line and has waited over an hour. I feel like she should have been tested for Covid, the flu and strep at the very first appointment. That is what happens at a home. My son was not feeling well at all. He did a save a spot online to be seen at 5:00. He was there at 4:40 and was not called back until closer to 6:30. Now, I understand if there had been a lot of people there, but there was not. When he arrived at 4:40 it showed online that there were 4 ahead of him. It should not take 2 hours to see 4 people! Once, he did get called back he was swabbed for covid, when that came back negative, the NP told him he could have tonsillitis or strep. However, she could not test him for stre... read more
