Horrendous wait times. I had an appointment at 12:30, and decided to leave at 4:00 without being seen.

my boyfriend has been sick with strep throat for a week. Yesterday I began to develop a very sore throat and had a low grade fever all day today. I started to feel even worse towards the end of the day so I went ahead and decided to go the clinic. Everywhere was closed except for this place. They closed at 8, and I went in at 7:50. Have you ever been in such need to see the doctor that you go online pre book your appointment do all the paperwork? Well I did just that, only to have the doctor come out of the back with her purse on one arm and a out for lunch sign in the other hand. After the doctor put the sign in the door she turned to me and said that she would be at least 2 hours and that my son and I couldn't wait in the lobby.

I would rather have an ancient witch doctor as doctor before I go here again. First visit they Charged me $20 for a phone call with a doctor I couldn't see. Second visit I waited 3 hours in the car after I had an appointment scheduled the day before. Finally got inside for my "rapid" covid test. It's been 4 days I still don't have my results that I need to know if I need to quarantine or not. Not to mention the $50 charge for a test that is supposed to be free with insurance, a joke of a facility go anywhere else but here

The lady at the front desk, Dominic, was very rude to me and my daughter. She hung up the phone on us after getting frustrated. She is very rude and we will not be back. I then went into my appointment, like the text told me to and got yelled at and told to get back to my car. When I called and reported this the manager told me that that was not what the message said. I then read her the message and she still told me that's not what it said. I used their hold my spot through their website to book a virtual appointment. I received a confirmation email was contacted and gave my payment. At the time of my appointment I did not receive a link for the meeting so I call their office. The woman who answered, Amber, rudely told me they no longer use this service and told me I needed to go to their website and use the hold my spot. Drove from Columbus to Starkville to be turned down. Needed to have a covid test, and was told they were no longer doing tests for the day. However, when I called them a few hours before they made no mention of this. When I arrived, I explained to them that I had called earlier, and the extremely rude receptionist told me "were not doing anymore tests today" with no further explanation or apology. If possible, I would use ZERO STARS. My college aged child was turned away from this place 3 times. They close at 5pm on Sunday but stop seeing patients at 4pm! So when he returned Monday, he waited 2 hours 40 minutes, running 102+ fever, to be told his insurance was inactive. When he called me, his mother and the policy holder, I called BCBS. I came in here hoping to get in and out due to the fact that I was exhibiting flulike symptoms. However, I waited over two hours to be seen only to find out that they had no flu tests. I find this to be unbelievably unprofessional and quite the inconvenience given that it is flu season. I also found it very unprofessional that the office staff was openly discussing patient records.
