Check-In Before Someone Leaves the Front Desk On day one we had a lot of issues getting into the resort. We had the instructions for the later check-in, but could not figure out where the gate we needed was since each building seemed to have its own gate code but for some reason, the last two were on the same entry which we did not know. Finally, get to the room, and housekeeping latched the security latch and we are unable to get into our room. We were very worried about staying here based on the other reviews listed but after checking in i have no idea how anyone couod not like this place! The rooms are huge, very clean, beautiful views,well kept and i would totally stay here again and never second guess. You need to understand this is a condo....not a hotel so come prepaired.
