The only thing that was nice about this condo was the kitchen and bathroom. The carpet was dirty (spots everywhere) the walls were scratched up marks everywhere. The balcony was beautiful view

I loved the staff's friendliness, the cleanliness of the entire room, and the fact that we could walk everywhere on site. (We ubered in). My only disappointments were -- 1. The bed in front of the TV in our room didn't have a fitted sheet, so we couldn't collapse there after our long flights without changing the whole bed. So we didn't even use the TV because every night we came in so tired due to the nature of our visit. 2. The pool wasn't open in the hours we were at the resort. Don't Do the Villas; The houses are probably best. This place specifically The Villas need major renovations/ upgrade. This place is not even equivalent to a hotel room. It didn't have the basic amenities. There was a television (with a VCR), but it didn't work.😒 No mini fridge, no microwave and I was done when I noticed no coffee pot, and I even brought my own coffee. (Oh, there was an iron with no ironing board). Heck we barely had enough light in the room. The only essential thing they had were the beds and the bathroom.... read more

No house cleaning My stay was OK but upon arrival the floors were not vacuumed, no pillowcases on the pillows many things in the unit were broken, there was not one frying pan and the two pots that were there were very dirty.
