When we arrived our unit did not have a pool key. We contacted the number and was told to call back on Monday to speak to management. There wasn’t anything that could be done and my kids couldn’t go swimming. This was a huge problem especially with 3 kids who all love swimming in a pool and not the ocean. We never got a key card and was offered to go swimming in another area.

The young lady at the front desk was very friendly during check-in. The villas were very peaceful and we also liked the location... However, we were not happy with the cleanliness of the linens and the lack of towels. We called to request more towels, but we were told that there were enough and that we would have to drive 20 minutes to pick them up if we needed them... We ended up going to Walmart to buy towels for our guests. Because two would not be enough for five guests... The furniture could also be updated, and the mic... read more

The stay started off a little bumpy. When we arrived to Myrtle Beach, I realized that they never sent me the welcome email providing me with the information needed to get inside the Villa such as the access codes to get inside the villa. I finally received it only to walk into a occupied room. They gave me access to someone else's room luckily they wasn't there. The long story short I had to wait an additional 45 mins ticket a room.
