The sey up of the property is confusing at first. We first. We weren't sure where to go to get to our room. They didn't write down our gate code, so we had to go back to the office for that. Then when we tried getting into our room, we found out we were connected to a room with a guuest who should have had our room included in his 3 room rental. And our key didn't work for our actual room. We had ro drive back to the desk 3 time before it worked. Once we got everything straighted out we loved the room we were in.

It was close to everything to do, but was quiet and private at the same time. Enjoyed our stay there. We will be back!

The biggest disappointment was we were charged a daily fee for facility amenities. There were not any amenities. The bathrooms needed a better cleaning, especially the showers. Overall the quiet in the resort was welcomed. The on duty staff seemed to know nothing about the resort.

This was our fourth trip here and my girls love the large pool. We have been pretty satisfied overall. However don’t expect your room to be ready on time and you’ll most likely have to wait about an hour to get your key card/door code. Also this time the pool was closed due to COVID-19, we were told it was closed by the HOA of the condos not the rental company. The problem was we weren’t notified ahead and my girls were devastated!
