first Impressions makes a difference Check in was at 4pm the receptionist was rude and made it a point to tell us she was the only one working and that she was the best employee they had and that no one would put up with what she had to do. She said ‘ oh I can assure your room won’t be ready by 4 and may not be ready until 5 but I will call you.” And she didn’t. We had to come back to check if room was ready.. (only complaint)

We liked the place, it was very dark in the condo. We asked if we could upgrade And pay extra to stay in the tower or any other condo. She said we have nothing and seemed annoyed.

We've stayed here many times and it's always been a good stay. Not sure why but all upholstery seemed dingy this time. Carpets stained, couch dirty, pillows dingy and stained. The surfaces seemed clean but i wiped down anyway. Also our blinds were all torn apart. I love the amount of space we get for our family but it's not worth it if the room is dirty.

I loved everything it was great only thing I didn’t like was I thought I paid for everything when I book it but guess I didn’t

Loved location disappointed in the cleanliness Really liked the location of resort and the amenities.Was disappointed on cleanliness of room.Light fixtures and linen and floor not cleaned well.Also had ants in the kitchen every day.
