The place was beautiful but the staff was overwhelmed and panicking as if this was her first day. She handled a situation in from of us as if it was our business.

I visit myrtle beach every year for the past 8 years. Sometimes i come twice in a year. During these years i have stayed at barefoot 5 times.

It took a couple hours to check into the room. It was a very simple room with just a bathroom and beds. There was no ice bin or fridge. It's not terrible when it's just a place to sleep for the night!

I liked the convenience to be able to drive to places within a reasonable distance I didn't like finding out that the picture to the left was not the Hotel I rented or even remotely associated with Barefoot Resort & Yacht Club. We didn't have a pool & we weren't even on the beach. Totally misrepresentation & not acceptable. Jada at Barefoot Resort is totally responsible for salvaging our stay. She did everything to ease our disappointment. Always a smile and willing to help.
