This place was excellently maintained. We really liked how quite the community was. It was a great place for a family to stay at while on vacation. Having a full sized kitchen was an added bonus.

Quiet and Spacious We had a great time. The room was ok and spacious. It does need some upgrading, but wasn't bad. The kids enjoyed the room and we slept really well each night, despite all of the frogs crowning. LOL. I would recommend staying. The area is quiet and the resort is location is near a lot. I recommend going to the beach across from the resort. It is really nice and isn't crowded. If you don't care for dogs, this part of the beach isn't for you. There are a lot of pet friendly hotels nearby.

Nice location but poor decor The place was nice location and had a pool near by , but lacked home decor. No pictures on the wall at all.

The communication at the time of check-in was poor, We struggled to find the check-in place. We then found we were placed on a third floor without an elevator , And did not receive a Wi-Fi password, Or instructions. There’s a small pool near your particular section but the large pool with the hot tub is located about a mile and a half away. You had to ask around to figure out how to get there and where to park. I would give a thumbs up to cleanliness .

The staff bit more training as to how to check people in better Direction at 2 how to get to your rental would be helpful especially if you've never been there before. Had a small issue with one of the televisions not working unfortunately was in the front room and small children were in the bedrooms. I do not feel that my problem was given any attention however when I talk to the manager he was more than accommodating. I truly felt that he took my comment seriously investigated it and used it as a training moment to improve... read more

The property was very nice but i thought it was located on the beach so picture was false... i was suppose to have two rooms with double beds instead of one. One of the single rooms had blood on the pillow... it was enough lining fir the amount of people we had in the room... no wifi password was giving... The office was unreachable until the last day to give them our concerns about the property..... over all we made it work... nice view... pool was awesome... everything was close to each.... i do recommend bring cooking pot... read more
