Hotel was nice. Very spacious and accommodating to our large family. I would suggest maybe including a map and the shuttle bus schedule. The check in and out building is not at the same location. When I called to ask a couple questions in regards to shuttle and a pool pass they forgot to give. I had to drive back down there. Also their directions did not make sense, so a map would have been nice. Since I didn’t know what they were talking about in regards to shuttle pick up. Good! The unit we stayed in was very nice but outside there were huge cockroaches.

Long/slow, complicated, off-site check-in. Forvas much as we had to pay, I kinda woukd expect. some kinks to be worked out. The check-in procedure is long, off-site, and overly confusing. Additionally, on a Friday afternoon/evening, they only had ONE person working- she was friendly and polite but VASTLY overwhelmed, so she forgot some minor things like where to park for the main pool, our dinner voucher, and the WiFi password. I would recommend this hotel to my friends very convenient and assessable to all the things that you want to do including the beach .

Just okay! Nothing Spectacular Hotel was just ok. I had a few issues that weren’t tended to in a timely manner. Shower curtain in 1st bedroom had mold on it. Shower in master had mold. No extra blankets for a 4bedroom suite. This place is just okay. I would stay again but I would bring my own sheets/blankets/towels.

Definitely would stay here again! Our condo unit was clean and convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping. We had all the amenities that our family needed. Plus, the beach was less than a 10 minute drive.

EXCELLENT We had a wonderful time. The young lady, Megan, at the check in desk, help me and my family out. She was wonderful. She needs a RAISE!!!!! The room was gorgeous and clean. The area overall was WONDERFUL!!! We had a great time. We will definitely be back!!!
