not happy Communication to the guests when they arrive is terrible. I was never told there was no cleaning service. I was never told that I needed to buy my own toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Also I was never told that I had to clean and fold all the towels before I left. Every time I called the front desk they were very rude. Also the shuttle does not take you to the beach anymore. Didn’t find that out until I got there. Terrible experience. I will never stay there again.

Condo was amazing! The check in staff is was not very friendly or helpful. We weren’t given any access to the pools because you needed a card to get into the gates. Had to ask for one the next day an just like we were being an inconvenience to the staff.

It was ok...had fun with my family The people at the front desk didn’t have everyone’s information correct when we arrived so it took a while to check in. My check in was easy but there was no explanation on how everything worked. I asked the rep how we could get to the resort and she said “just put this address in your GPS”. The representative next to her gave a lot more information and directions to her customers. :( It looked nice but the walls were so thin I could hear my neighbor snoring. Misleading Barefoot was a nice place to stay, but the website is kind of misleading. Website photos makes it like you're going to stay around the nice pools, and around the marina area, but you stay a long ways from all of that.

It’s okay The rooms are really nice but the TV is so out of date. They put an $100 hold on your card for the stuff you might damage. Unlike most places that simply keep your card and charge you after. I thought that was kind of insane. The pool at the Villas was very nice however and the bathroom was huge. Also their check in time in later than most places and their checkout time is earlier than most. So I will say although it has a few nice features it is not really worth it to me.

thank you for providing feedback. We like most resorts or hotels do ask for a security authorization for any incidentals or damages. This is a hold not a charge as we are renting peoples second home unlike a hotel room. Our check in time is standard for our area some days make take a little longer because of the size of condo and the amount of time to clean.
First we had to call and inform them about the entire condo was open and a smoke detector was going off. Wait time on the phone was way too long. Did not have pool access as described in website. Felt like we were not very important just cattle being checked in. Never did see a shuttle.
