Better then most. Always stay in this condo every year,but they need to keep them up my refrigerator was leaking water and they had bugs in kitchen. I told the front desk but they acted like it was nothing.

Overall it was good It was very spacious and I enjoyed my stay, but in my son's unit there was mold in the shower, and there wasn't a broom. Overall my stay was enjoyable and relaxing!

A plus stay The rooms are so nice and clean. They have plenty of kitchen items so you can cook and eat. Location is great. Love the view of the water. My family and i are planning to come back next year.

Close to Barefoot Landing which was nice Did not realize that the front desk was not actually at the hotel & when a problem arose with our door key cards, we had to leave the hotel & drive to the front desk location which was a big hassle!

Relaxing Everything was on point. It was clean and we'll put together. I would recommend this Villa to anyone. My family loved it
out of sight out of mind check in was great, got to building chair in bed room was showing a lot of wear, bed sucked it was two full beds pushed together, made a gap or vee in middle of bed. room was great , later in day parking became a problem, other renters brought more than one car to the beach [ like 4 cars] . then there was the fighting above us for 3 hours, something we had hoped to avoid not staying in a high rise motel

Balcony needs cleaning. Mattresses in the master bedroom needs replacing, one is worn out. Overall we were pleased.
