Beautiful! Nice, clean and comfortable.
Good resort and community Good location. Around good attractions and ease to get to all at beach from location while being out of the commotion and traffic.
Rough start great stay. The stay was excellent but started off bad when our room was not ready at check in and the employees checking us in had very rude attitudes with everyone. Everyone was complaining! They need new staff and everything would ha e been great.

Overall the hotel is nice and has a luxurious feel. We are disappointed it took 2 1/2 hours for our room to be ready. Checked in started at 4 pm and we checked in after 6:30 pm. We were still charged a full resort fee, no compensation or explanation given.
An okay stay It was very large and nice inside! Some essentials (trash bags) weren't there here which were needed. The beds weren't comfy and it was a pain getting out of the huge neighborhood. The pool was under construction as well.
Nice place. 3 bedroom townhouse on Norman #13 House was overall in decent shape. Bedspread in the Master Bedroom was pretty dirty, could use a nice washing as the washer in the house is too small for it. Loved the view of the course from the screened in porch.
Do your job Courtney! We arrived on Thursday afternoon and was greeted by a very nice young lady. The room wasn't ready and she agreed to call once it was ready and she did. We went to the condo and it was very nice. We immediately unpacked and went to dinner. Upon our return to the condo we found we had no hot water. I called and spoke to Courtney. She informed me that the water heater had been turned off. She said to wait 30 minutes and test again. If I still had problems to call her. I called back when I found that there... read more
