Very nice resort. Highly recommended. Extremely pleased with our stay. Room was beautiful and very clean. Located within minutes of the beach and many other tourist attractions. Would definitely stay again!

Transferred from barefoot landing Bali bay resort I was ok with the transfer but the cleanliness of the condo was unacceptable. We had to clean the floors, supply our own paper towels, towels had to be placed under sink due to a pipe leak, broken glass left in bedroom caused a cut under my aunt foot and all the wall outlets in one bedroom didnt work at all. I did report every thing to manager Nicole but all I got was I'm sorry

Our stay The staff was wonderful , Shawn the manager addressed a few problems we had with excellent customer service . I will stay there again, it was great to deal with a staff that was 100% professional Thank you again Shawn , we had a wonderful time and will be back

Not Really a Hotel But it Works You are renting a condo, not a hotel room; however, you still have to pay resort fees and such. We've stayed here twice and were satisfied, but renters should be aware that there is no daily housekeeping (available at an extra daily charge) and you have to wash your own linens each day. You also have to take out the trash yourself. We will continue to stay here because it meets our family's needs but this setup may not work for all families.

Nice hotel! I love the two bedroom villa because it was perfect space for me and my family, i also liked how clean the rooms where. However my only compliant is that they need to update the T.V.s because there really old and small. I also think they need to add movie channels. So when you want to watch tv you can have something to watch other then news, sports, children shows.
