Nice condo close to golf and restaurants. The Beach Vacation Rental company needs to invest $$ into customer service training. They actually had someone who couldn't tell me how to get to their office. I put the address into my GPS and it took me to a T-shirt store. When I finally got there the 2 ladies were far from being courteous or welcoming.

Spring Break 2017 - a true golf destination The Barefoot Landing area has a lot to offer including shopping, ice cream, and great restaurants, Greg Norman's and the Flying Fish. There is an inter-coastal cruise however it feels up fast - need to book several weeks in advance. Our unit at Cypress Bend was large, spacious, very clean, comfortable, and right on the golf course. For the four night stay we had we didn't have a tv that worked in the living room. We called and they sent a maintenance guy out to have a look, he said he'd come back but we never saw him again.

Cheap and spacious Well worth the price. A little further from House of Blues than advertised, but not a bad walk.

Nice room terrible customer service! Hotel was nice, however can use some updates. Certainly needs New fry pans since they were in terrible condition. No info on how to use DVR. TV's outdated. Check in help if no value. Gave us no detail needed to get into premises, such as we would need a gate code. Call customer service number once checked in and they knew NOTHING.

Great place to stay We have stayed at the Yacht Club condo every year for several years. They are normally excellent to outstanding, this year no so much. The condo was in dire need of routine maintenance. Shower door wouldn't close, handle to control water temp spun around with no stops. Nothing really major except the cond was tired one needed care and general sprucing up.

Not a Great Stay! Dirty, worn sheets and blankets. We had to wash before we used them.. The dryer was terrible.. It took 3 cycles to dry. The bedside lampshade was held together with a bandaid! There was also a spider and web in a corner wall of our bedroom. No blinds or blackout curtains in the bedroom with huge window that overlooked a golfcourse. Bright and early mowers on the golfcourse! Very few tv channels.

Nice resort on a golf course We stayed in a two bedroom luxury condo, However, the TV in the living room did not work. We called about it but no one came to check it out. The beds were not the most comfortable. Very quiet place.

Will go back Once we actually read the directions on where to check in, we were pleased with the room. The accommodations we had was the bedroom unit without the efficiency which was fine for us since we at out all the time. It is much bigger than a hotel room and had a huge bathroom. Large soaking tub and stand alone shower. The walk in closet was definitely unexpected.
