Great food! Huge portions!!! Made the trip with my little family!!! The beer is Delicious! The kids loves the pizza sandwiches
The town sas crowded because of the holidays and other restaurants told us there was a 2 hour wait but at Baren Haus they were able to sit our party of 3 within a few minutes. It did take them at least 30 min to take our order and another 30 to bring it. I had the Traditional Sausage Platter and the only negative is the spaetzel was cold but the red cabbage and sausages were delicious, as was the dinner bread we enjoyed while we waited. Great (fast) service..food was good and came out quickly and freshly made. Was very busy and packed, But I see why. Fresh Bread was amazing by the way.
The food and service was great! We had a pizza and drinks, it was the best Pizza I have had in a long time! I will definitely go back there again!
I really enjoyed the food here. The jaegerschnitzel was very tasty, the red cabbage was delicious, and the sauerkraut was good. It was the first time I've ever had spatzle but I thought it was good. The server was very friendly and checked back with us often.
