Came to Leavenworth for the night with the family. Mom wanted Rouladen so Baren House it was! Everything was delicious! The schnitzel and gravy was sooo good. The beef for the Rouladen was super tender! Will definitely come back.
Great German food great atmosphere quick seating good service
We got seated quickly and the service was average. The place was cozy! However the food was far from authentic. Don't get me wrong the food was still good but the schnitzel tasted bland and was still pretty thick and the breading was soggy definitely relied on the gravy for taste. The späetzle resembled more of just scrambled eggs rather than egg noodles. Delicious food, really enjoyed your unique flavored angus beef rapped meal!
This is one of my favorite places to eat in Leavenworth. We go into this restaurant almost every time we're in town. The food is awesome and the people are as well.
