Bryanna (spelling??) is the best! So sweet, easy to talk to. she took the time to mostly tweeze my eyebrows because they were literal bushes and I barely felt it. Definitely recommend her!!

Oh my goodness. After weeks of working 4-6 days in a row of 13 hour shifts in a hospital- and doing nursing school, I was so happy to spoil myself a little. Covid-19 certainly put a damper on my personal grooming. But thanks to Emily, all is well again. She was extremely thorough, yet very gentle. And it was quick. I was shocked at how fast she was. And yet it was the smoothest and definitely most painless sugaring I've ever had. Definitely worth the drive from west Georgia into Birmingham.
I wanted to update to say that Katy has been my go-to girl for the last year or so, and she does a phenomenal job! It's perfect every time, she is super laid back, nonjudgmental, and kind. Book an appointment with Katy and give her a good tip!
Staff is friendly and service is prompt. I've never done waxing or sugaring by a professional. The first session was rough but the second maintenance session I had was much better since the hair had thinned out. They try to get you to do a membership/contract but I've read it's a pain to end the membership and in the long run could cost you more. I've just been going every two to three weeks and this seems to be doing the trick.

My first ever sugar wax was about 3 weeks ago with Emily. She was absolutely amazing and made sure i felt completely at ease. She explained everything and made sure i was comfortable. My results have been amazing and even better than were described to me. They have found a long term customer with me.
I've been a customer for years. This is such a great alternative to waxing. There has been quite a bit of turnover in staff however it appears to be stable now. Emily, the manager, has such a great attitude that she will build a team that offers the excellent service that she does. A good tip is to book your follow up appointment before you leave. They do get busy and you may not get the time/day that you want.

I have been using them for three months and have never had a bad experience. I was very nervous as a first time customer but Kristin eased my fears and I made it through it. I have been using Chandler for over two months and she's amazing also.
Making an appointment was easy. The waiting area was clean and inviting. The service was quick and the prices are reasonable!
