We had very good experience with Sheila and team. She is very helpful and always find us good deal on carpet/flooring. Great customer service, good communication and professional service before and after. If you looking for quality service on flooring, we would recommend Barrington.
We recently purchased and had installed new flooring. We worked with Gary DeHart and the experience was very positive. We debated on several different colors and he was very patient working with us and checking every color to find the perfect one. When we needed to bring home colors to check, there was no problem and every time we called, we were able to reach him or get a very quick return call. Thanks, Barrington and Gary for a great experience. Our installer also did a great job and was very professional.

Sheila always gives the best customer service. As a Property Manager, I use Barrington Carpets for all my carpet needs. Whether I call for New carpet, or carpet repairs, Sheila is always gracious enough to put our needs on her schedule as soon as she can, and in fact has re-arranged her schedule to fit any move in's I might have, or last minute issues that come up in this business. We had a very good experience with Barrington. Gary was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient with all of my questions. He even did some extra digging to find out the answers if if didn't know right off the top of his head. Our carpet installation also went really well. Time will tell how our carpet holds up, of course.
