I called them last week because the air handler for my residential HVAC unit (the indoor portion of the heat pump) was making noise that sounded to me as if it was being starved for return air. I had them come to my house to fix my furnace they work a couple hours on it and said it was working, it worked for about 5 mins and then stopped, they came again the next day and worked on it and said I needed a part and gave me no idea how long it might take to get that part..After they left I called them once a week for the next 3 weeks trying to get an ETA for the part as we were going thru a very cold patch..All 3 times I was told they had no idea..On the 4th call I got angry and said it was unacceptable that they could... read more

Complete screw-ups. All business of significance with them is to be avoided, no matter the added cost. We had a ductless mini-split system installed 18 August 2021. 31 days later (19 September 2021), one of four heads shorted out during a windstorm. Take note: a routine power flicker can destroy a $2,000 part. These systems have NO internal surge protection of ANY kind. They don't mention this little detail when selling you the $20,000 system.
