Carey Jefferson is an awesome worker, he puts his all into his work.
We bought an expensive insert and it is beautiful, but within a year the thermostat went out. They fixed it and told us if it broke again, they'd replace it! Guess what, it broke and they won't do anything about it because they don't carry the product anymore. Oh well, Innovations fixed it!!!�
We had someone come out from Barron Heating who gave us a rough estimate and told us that we would receive a quote via email. We never heard back from anyone:-( we went with another company who quoted almost $2000 less. Not good service :-(
