Not an accurate statement. Document communication was great. One particular individual had to stay on the phone with me and walk me through how to sign a document.

The originating loan agent needs better email etiquette (short, informal responses) and follow through. Barry, the processor was great. We closed this past Tuesday and still do not have the funds. That is too long.
