RecommendedI drive a 57 passenger tour bus part time and was traveling in the west union, ohio area..we had issues with power steering (worn hole in hydraulic line)..the service department and staff went way beyond my expectations in helping get us back in service..in fact, all the folks in west union that i met and dealt with such as gas stations, restaurants, motel and local residents are some of the nicest and helpful people i have ever met..hope to visit again soon..thank you !!
We were traveling with our 33 foot travel trailer behind when we thought we had a transmission issue. We called the dealer and they told us to come right in. When we arrived they showed us to the back lot and let us drop our camper. They took the truck right in. Luckily there wasn't an issue with the transmission but the truck needed a part for the towing mechanism. They had the part in stock, installed it, and sent us on our merry way. Very friendly crew. We always receive excellent service from the service department and the body shop! Service is prompt, efficient, and friendly. But we especially appreciate the ease of purchasing a vehicle from Barry's. They practically roll out the red carpet and treat you like family!
